For nearly twenty years, Sean Bozarth has been litigating across eight California counties. He is a seasoned litigator that makes use of a strong motion practice to narrow issues, target litigation, back opponents into limited positions, and expose meritless claims or defenses. If a case is not resolved through dispositive motions, Sean will gladly take the matter to trial. He is not afraid to take the Court to task and appeal a wrong decision and has reversed numerous erroneous rulings through mandate proceedings in the appellate courts. Sean has litigated matters before California civil, criminal, family, and appellate courts as well as United States district and bankruptcy courts within California.
